- Ajoutez votre lait chaud dessus et mélangez. Vous devez obtenir une texture pâte à crêpe..
- Préchauffez votre four à 250•c ou au maximum de sa capacité (parfois 235•c)..
- Mettre la pâte dans les moules et enfournez pendant 10min puis baissez la température à 170•C pendant 45min (50min a 1h pour les gros cannelés).
- Laissez refroidir puis démoulez..
