Ratatouille. It was the eighth film produced by Pixar. I checked out a sneak preview of Ratatouille last night, and I must say I truly loved this movie. Everything from the animation to the score to the voice acting to the story (and especially the story).

- You need 1 of courgette.
- Prepare 1 of poivron vert.
- Prepare 1 of aubergine.
- You need 1/2 of oignon.
- Prepare 1 of tomate.
- It's of herbes de Provence.
- You need of huile.
- You need of vinaigre balsamique.
Ratatouille instructions
- Faites revenir l'oignon avec un peu d'huile d'olive ! Découpez vos légumes en des et les rajouter (sauf les tomates que vous mettrez lorsqu'il restera quelques minutes de cuisson)..
- Salez, poivrez. Rajoutez des herbes de Provence..
- Et rajoutez une pointe de vinaigre balsamique... laissez mijoter le tout à feux doux.....
